Refund and Returns Policy

At Axasonali, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must not be marked as non-returnable (e.g., custom or clearance items).
If these conditions are met, you can return your item for a full refund or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we confirm your return eligibility, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Attach the RMA number and address it to the return location we provide. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
If an item is found to be defective or damaged, you are still entitled to a return or exchange even if it is non-returnable under normal circumstances.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so by returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement. The standard return and shipping policies apply.
5. Refunds
Once your return is processed and accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund depending on your preference. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges in this case.
7. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
