We want you to enjoy your new furniture as soon as possible! At Axasonali, we offer reliable and efficient shipping to ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping procedures, delivery times, and shipping costs.

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer several shipping methods depending on your location and the size of your order. Standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Generally takes 5-7 business days for domestic shipments within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping, which typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders can vary from 7 to 21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates, and external factors such as weather, holidays, or customs processing may cause delays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s weight, size, and delivery destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our Shipping Calculator at checkout for the most accurate shipping cost.

  • Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): Most domestic orders qualify for free standard shipping if the order exceeds a certain amount. Otherwise, shipping fees will apply based on the size and weight of the items ordered.

  • International Orders: International shipping costs vary by destination. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, we begin processing it immediately. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor its progress as it travels to your delivery address.

Please note that orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can track the progress of your order via the shipping carrier’s website. If you have any questions or issues with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support team.

5. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship to certain countries. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas where delivery services are limited.

If your shipping address falls outside our current shipping zones, you will be notified, and we may offer alternative shipping options.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either arrange a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

  • Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the damaged item for a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the change can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
